Is it terribly tough living out, or with, your own realities?

I like the radio & TV given the wealth of knowledge and information i find in some programs and presentations. For me radio & TV also provide good company and I never feels alone; at times i savor the humour and other times abhor some extremes especially those bordering indecent talk or mere gossips.
And despite the ills said to be associated with radio and TV, I always stick there but with moderation…
For instance, so many times I commiserate with listeners and viewers who share their woes especially from ‘lost’ relatives and other problems that confront mankind.
…. .
Still, i have never understood how or why absolutely normal and mentally healthy people just disappear from homes or enroute to work or other places and just disappear without trace leaving their people heart broken.
Sometimes I wonder whether there are very terrible forces that just snatch people away against their will 🤔🤔😭😭.
These are among some of the most painful realities, i guess, away from the inevitable death.
But even in death and other calamities, grieving and mourning offers chances for healing and closure.
And in my own reasoning, I often feel that a human being, no matter the severity of the crises he or she faces, can endeavor to try to interrogate his or her own thoughts. And even reason with own self.
Among the Agikuyu people is a saying ‘kwaria nii kwendana’ (roughly translated to ‘talking is loving’ but with a deeper meaning..could mean that talking – ‘to each other’ is a sign of love or even eventually births love 🤔 ..)……
….So in my frequent reflections, I think communication even communicating with one self in meditation or other thoughts modes could make a whole lot difference in how we cope with different situations.
Yet, I am still not sure whether people who mysterious lose (people literally get ‘lost’😭) their family members and friends are able to accept that reality that they may never see their loved ones again, and whether they can still move on…
But this, as i view it, would be the recommended reality (trying to accept the reality of what has happened and what cannot possibly and humanly be corrected).
And at another personal level, I nowadays reflect on life and realize that losing parents, siblings, relatives, friends and neighbors is one of toughest realities, and a reality that greatly impacts life generally.
I often reflect on how things have gradually yet drastically changed; how values have disappeared; how the numbers of the people i knew or know intimately has declined; how lonely it is can feel when one can feel surrounded by many strangers (even friends and relatives) who do not seem to value life and the important life sustaining issues as was happening in yester years and how generally love has ‘gone cold’ among many other realities. I also cannot help noticing how noisy the Society has become and how orderlless things seem to be as if no one is in respected authority.
… Yet, in appreciation, I also thank God almighty for the gem of love that I constantly find in close family members and friends – – who i happen to have been blessed with over the years.
Perhaps such reflections are what faces or is facing people in my age group🤔🤔😊😊.. .
But I am still thankful that God almighty has sustained my mind’s capacity to interrogate life and to think and reflect, and to still reason with my own being.
Notably, by God’s grace and His help in allowing and enabling me to reflect on such realities and also by deeply interrogating on why such is the reality, I am  able to appreciate that I am still privileged by God almighty to be still alive and to consciously live and question my many realities….
I am still able to appreciate that there is a set purpose in God’s plan that is so far working out in my life despite everyday odds…
I am able to thank God for the chances He gives me (and others) daily and has given me in the past in life to learn many things and to also accept  His realities which He orders as God almighty.
Moreover, I happen to have very many unanswered questions on different issues, circumstances and realities but I am also reflectively aware that not all issues and questions can be answered in this mortal life and this reality definitely gives me peace.
I also believe in Godly love and that just like my late father & mother and their relatives listened to my issues and questions and even tried to give answers,   God almighty and my ultimate Father shall also, with love, also provide the answers i need in this life or afterlife…and even if it will not be necessary that i get the answers, I am still content and ready to continue living fully and well as per my own interpretation of what living incorporates.
My personal experiences and interpretation of life may be different and I believe unique to myself, but i have also learnt that life, really, involves  living with my own realities despite the fact that that this may appear terribly tough to other people.
Yet it is not such a big deal because God almighty strengths me every passing moment…
.. In this mortal life every passing moment happens to be full with different realities..🙏🏿🙏🏿
