Rooted in Hope

Not just as a way of processing thoughts, fighting stressful moments and improving our writing /expressions, let us encourage our people (both young and old) to write about their lives, their work & experiences, their dilemmas and even about their communities.
All of us can leave a legacy for future generations. Many of the people who have a passion for writing and self- expression can confess that it always feels nice and healing to write… There is evidently some sort of job satisfaction.

A renowned academician and very respected Kenyan citizen who is currently the Vice Chancellor (VC) of Zetech University (Zenith Technology University) Prof Njenga Munene on October 24 th, 2025, was celebrated by hundreds of friends, academicians and community members who also assisted him in unveiling  his over 300- pages autobiography, ‘Rooted in Hope – – from a Village Boy to a Vice Chancellor’.
The celebrated and lively unveiling happened at the Zetech University Technology Park –  Thika.
The book was sold to several guests and he autographed every copy.
I am inspired and already enjoying the story.

We should be encouraged to write even when we may feel young and inexperienced or that we may not have attained much in life..
Like some corporate body is fond of advising its publics “every moment matters”… Every moment in your life matters too.
